Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website fides-ai.com (the "Site"), published by FIDES AI, the AI advisory unit of FIDES Sàrl, a Monaco partnership (together, "FIDES AI"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is published for institutional, informational and pre-engagement purposes. It presents the structure, advisory model, integrated delivery capabilities and engagement process of the FIDES AI practice. It does not constitute professional advice, a solicitation, an offer to contract, nor an advisory relationship of any kind. No advisory, consulting, legal, regulatory, tax, cyber, technical or compliance relationship is formed by visiting the Site or submitting an enquiry. An advisory relationship arises only following a signed engagement letter.
2. Selective engagement model
FIDES AI operates a selective engagement model. Enquiries submitted through the Site are reviewed internally and responded to following an initial assessment of fit, relevance and scope. FIDES AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any enquiry or engagement without stated reason.
3. Intellectual property
All content published on the Site — including text, structure, graphic charter, visual identity, typography selections, code, and advisory-model descriptions — is the intellectual property of FIDES AI / FIDES Sàrl, or used with authorisation. Reproduction, redistribution, framing, scraping, or adaptation — in whole or in part, by any means — without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The "FIDES" and "FIDES AI" names and any associated marks remain the property of FIDES Sàrl.
4. Specialist delivery teams and third-party marks
The specialist delivery teams coordinated by FIDES AI operate under their own commercial identities and are not disclosed publicly on the Site. Individual partner names are shared with prospective clients only under NDA, once scope has been agreed. Any third-party names, marks or references appearing in engagement materials remain the property of their respective owners.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. FIDES AI makes no representation that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FIDES AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from access to or use of the Site, or reliance on any content published on it.
6. External links
The Site may reference external resources. FIDES AI does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, availability, security posture or privacy practices of any third-party resource.
7. Confidential enquiries
Enquiries submitted through the Site are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and handled under professional confidentiality. A submission does not oblige FIDES AI to respond, to engage, or to accept a mandate.
8. Prohibited uses
- Using the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any associated system or network.
- Using automated systems — scrapers, bots, spiders — to access the Site for purposes other than legitimate search indexing.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting affiliation with FIDES AI or any specialist delivery team.
9. Changes
FIDES AI may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect regulatory, operational or practice changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Site and these Terms of Use are governed by Monegasque law, subject to EU law where applicable. Any dispute falling outside mandatory legal provisions is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Monaco courts.
